 Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
* Respond to travel enquiries and understand customer requirements
* Explain tour packages, destinations, offers, and services
* Follow up with potential customers and leads
* Convert enquiries into bookings and sales
* Maintain customer and lead information
* Coordinate with the sales and operations team
* Build strong relationships with customers

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good spoken English and Malayalam
* Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
* Interest in travel and tourism
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
