Varanasi, Ayodhya, and Lucknow are three significant cities in Uttar Pradesh, India, each with its own unique historical, religious, and cultural identity. Varanasi, also known as Kashi, is a prominent Hindu pilgrimage site, famous for its ghats along the Ganges River and its temples, including the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Ayodhya, considered the birthplace of Lord Rama, is a major Hindu pilgrimage center and the setting of the epic Ramayana. Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, is known for its rich cultural heritage, particularly its Nawabi architecture, cuisine, and classical dance form, Kathak.
Itineraries
As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Lucknow Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.
Important Notes:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.

Today we explore this land of Nawabs. We visit Rumi darwaja - an example of Awadhi architecture, Clock Tower - India’s largest clock tower, Chota Imambara - one of the most beautiful and attractive buildings in the old city, Bada Imambara - known for its incredible maze and also known as Bhul Bhulaiya locally, British residency - a significant part of the Seige of Lucknow (1857), the ruins of which can still be seen at the site. Further we pass by Jama Masjid - an important religious centre in Lucknow and Chattar manzil - also known as Umbrella Palace. It still retains its old-world charm and now houses the office of the Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI). Later we proceed to Ayodhya - a popular pilgrim centre. This town is closely associated with Lord Rama. Upon arrival, we end the day with a fountain light show at Surya Kund (subject to operation).

Today we visit Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir – the birthplace of Lord Rama, Hanuman Garhi - a 10th century temple of lord Hanuman, Dashrath Mahal - the original residence of King Dashrath - the ruler of Ayodhya and father of Lord Shri Ram, Kanak Bhavan - it is believed that this Bhawan was gifted to Devi Sita by Kaikei immediately after her marriage to Lord Ram. Further we visit Ram Darbar - a court or assembly of Lord Rama and is a divine representation of his kingdom and his rules.

Today we proceed to Prayagraj - a beautiful city situated at the confluence of the Rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. Upon arrival at Prayagraj, we visit Anand Bhavan - the former residence of Nehru family which has now been transformed into a museum showcasing various artefacts and articles of the era of Independence movement in India, Laying Hanuman Temple - The shrine is an underground pit which houses an enormous image of Lord Hanuman in a lying position. Further we enjoy boat ride in Triveni sangam and witness the beautiful view of Allahabad fort - It was built by Emperor Akbar. The fort stands on the banks of the Yamuna near the confluence with the river Ganges.

Today we proceed to Varanasi. Upon arrival at Varanasi, we visit Swarved Mahamandir - the world's largest meditation center, stands as an epitome of spiritual enlightenment and architectural brilliance.

Today we visit Kaal Bhairav Temple- one of the oldest Shiva temples in Varanasi, Kashi Vishwanath Temple - one of the 12 Jyotilinga, Banaras Hindu University - formerly Central Hindu College, is a public central university and Birla Mandir - known as the Birla Temple because it is built by the Birla Group of Industries. We then take a boat ride at Dashashwamedh ghat and witness Ganga Aarti. (Subject to weather conditions). Later we have some free time for shopping.
At the Kashi Vishwanath Temple we will arrange VIP Darshan for you. It might not be possible during government movements, special delegate visits, or religious ceremonies. Still, in such situations too, we will try our best to make it available to you.
Important: VIP Darshan does not mean direct Darshan and you will still have to wait in the queue, which however may be comparatively shorter than the general queue.

Today morning we visit Assi Ghat to enjoy the sunrise. Later we proceed to Sarnath - a very important place of pilgrimage for Buddhists, the place where Buddha gave his first sermon. Here we visit Dhamek Stupa, Sarnath Archaeological Museum - famous for the four headed lion that was once on top of the Ashoka Pillar, Tibetan Buddhist Monastery - a peaceful and traditional Monastery. Later we have some free time for shopping.
Today is all about celebrating you, our shining stars! Wear your most cherished attire and take a proud walk down the ramp, creating memories that will stay forever. Feel the love, the cheers, and the happiness all around. After the carnival, enjoy a delicious dinner paired with a refreshing Mocktail / Soft Drink. And let’s end the evening on a sweet note by dancing to the melodies that have been part of your beautiful journey.

Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
